The Discovery and Development Hub is celebrating its sixth anniversary with an open house on Tuesday, February 28 from 9AM – 4PM.  Consultants will be on-hand, updates to projects and programs will be shared and refreshments will be served throughout the day.

“We are proud to serve the Warroad area and to be a piece of the transformation that is happening especially in our downtown area.  Partnerships and collaborations are essential to our collective successes”, said Brenda Baumann, executive director.

The DD Hub is also the home office of Warroad Community Development, Warroad Chamber of Commerce and Warroad River Place, the future art culture and event center.  Representatives of each organization will also be available to answer questions.

Anyone who is interested in starting a business, has an interest in investing in our community, or is simply curious about what we do are welcomed to join us cookies, coffee and conversation.

In 2017, the Discovery and Development Hub launched as a coworking space that fostered creativity, innovation, and collaboration. It also serves as a resource center for start-ups and existing businesses to receive free one-on-one consultation with business leaders, guidance for navigating business plans, and access to financial opportunities.  For more information about the Discovery and Development Hub, visit www.dd-hub.com or check them out on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram or call 218.386.4148.
