Lake of the Woods Fishing Report | July 2019

True North Guide Service reports, “Fishing remains good in many areas of LOW. South tip of Buffalo 15-18′ has been good pulling gold/orange spinners and crawlers. South shore/Willow Creek area is producing nice fish you just have to sort through the small ones, best bite was 11-17′ with spinners and crawlers. North Arneson’s reef is loaded with fish, Jigging or spinners off and around the reef are working great. Lemms Reef is also loaded with fish. Jigging right off the reef or spinners in the mud north of it is producing lots of photo fish and great eaters. The downrigger and lead core bite are starting to pick up. Best colors are gold, orange, chartreuse and purple/pink.  Good luck fishing!”
