Lake of the Woods Fishing Report | June 27, 2019

True North Guide Service reports, “Fishing remains excellent on Lake of the Woods. Jigging with shiners around 23′ along the south tip of Buffalo Point is producing nice limits and plenty of photo fish to go along with them. Jigging with shiners and pulling spinners with crawlers or minnows on whisky flats is producing good numbers of fish in all depths. Fishing the deep water mud bottom west of Bridges and south of Garden Island is phenomenal, with beautiful limits and several big photo fish every day! The west bar of Garden Island is starting to pick up pulling spinners with crawlers. Gold, pink, chartreuse, purple, blue and orange are all catching fish. Good luck and happy fourth of July!”
