Every summer tourist travel across the border and states lines to see one thing… a Warroad Summer Theatre production and now it’s your turn! When traveling in Northern Minnesota this summer make plans to spend an evening in Warroad and take in a show.

Celebrating their 35th year, the Warroad Summer Theatre has a long-standing tradition of high quality, enjoyable amateur theater for tourist alike. Local actors & actresses spend months rehearsing & building sets to amaze travels from across the country.

Before your show, take in dinner at a local restaurant then enjoy an evening of the arts in Warroad, MN.

All summer performances take place at the Warroad High School Mini-Theater.

The 39 Steps – June 11-14, 18-21:

Mix a Hitchcock masterpiece with a juicy spy novel, add a dash of Monty Python and you have the intriguing, thrilling, riotous and unmissable comedy. The show hurtles a notorious fugitive and a spellbound blonde from a London music hall north by northwest to Scotland’s most remote highlands. Will they save Britain from a den of devious spies?

Music Man – July 8-12, 15-19:
Confidence man Harold Hill arrives at staid River City intending to cheat the community with his standard scam of offering to equip and train a boy’s marching band, then skip town with the money since he has no music skill anyway. Things go awry when he falls for a librarian he tries to divert from exposing him while he inadvertently enriches the town with a love of music.
