Arnesen’s Rocky Point Resort is located on the south shore of Minnesota’s famous Lake of the Woods and features a full service bar and restaurant, housekeeping cabins, protected marina, and a host of other amenities. Our cabins and modular home rentals have complete kitchens with utensils, pots and pans, linens, coffee pots, flat screen TV’s and satellite television. Each cabin has a combination of double and twin beds. Weber charcoal grills, fire rings and picnic tables are also at the cabins.

Call and inquire about their “STAY & PLAY” packages! This 18-hole championship layout with a Par 72 – 6942 yard design features four sets of tees and offers plenty of hazards (water and sand) to test the more experienced golfer while still giving the beginner a fair chance. The golf course is open to the public and has a relaxed atmosphere that will make anyone feel welcomed. Marker location: Lake Street and Hwy 11. One miles east of this point just north of the mouth of the Warroad River stood a post of the American Fur Company built around 1820. The French explorer La Vérendrye and his party probably visited this region in 1732 en route to build Fort St. Charles in the present Northwest Angle.
