The Warroad Point Park remains a community gathering place and a great place to see the open water of beautiful Lake of the Woods. Public boat access, ample parking, fishing pier, and heated fish cleaning houses make Warroad Point Park a terrific home base for fishermen. The park also offers newly constructed playground equipment, picnic shelters, campground, and an outdoor swimming pool. Nature viewing from Warroad Point Park’s observation tower and drive-up nature viewing area offer a terrific opportunity for bird watching as Warroad is home to many species of birds all year long. Warroad’s paved walking/biking path begins at the park and weaves through the outskirts of town. Casino gaming, shopping, and lakeshore dining are within a block or two of the park.
