Seven Clans Casino is located on the outskirts of Warroad. It is tucked back from highway 11 along a winding road that leads to the casino located on Lake of the Woods. Seven Clans Warroad has been a fixture along Lake of the Woods in Northern Minnesota for nearly 31 years. In September 2014 we opened a brand new property featuring a modern design, over 580 gaming machines with live blackjack and poker and a 60 room hotel. The Warroad Historical Society is a nonprofit organization dedicated to collecting, preserving and displaying the rich history of Warroad. Exhibits and events are held in the Warroad Heritage Center, which provides an opportunity for cultural development and awareness of the local history for people of all ages. It contains regional exhibits of Ojibwa artifacts, a history of local industry, works by area writers and artists, genealogies and old photographs. The Warroad Heritage Center is housed in the Warroad Public Library building, 201 Main Ave. NE Warroad, MN.
