Make Your Own Sauerkraut

This is a two class series and you must attend both classes. (September 1 and September 24). Ticket cost covers both classes.

Part 1 will be held on September 1, 2022 at the Folk School. We will meet at 6:30pm and prep our vegetables.

Part 2 will be held on September 24, at the Warroad Community Center, 222 Virginia Avenue, Warroad. We will meet at 12pm and complete process.

You will have hands on practice in this process beginning to end, with some goodies to take home.

Please Bring: Cutting board, vegetable peeler and a knife

This is Beginner friendly workshop, no experience necessary! However, participants must be at least 12 years old (accompanied by an adult).

Special Note: To ensure a successful event, we require a minimum of five (5) attendees for this event. If less than five (5) people sign up, the event will be canceled. Attendees will be notified within 24 hours of the class and receive a full refund. So please encourage friends and family to join you!
