Mandala Dot Painting

Mandala painting is the art of creating beautiful, harmonious designs with symmetrical patterns and dots that radiate from a central point. In this class, you’ll learn to paint a unique mandala design on a 4-inch stone using dotting tools, guided by artist and educator Diana Magner. We’ll provide all the materials you need—including stones, handouts, paints, and dotting tools—and guide you through various techniques to help you create your own design. The goal is to get you comfortable with the technique, so you can go home and continue painting on your own. For those who may have previously taken a dotting class, advanced techniques will be shared to improve your painting skills.
