Site Space: Located on the Warroad River on a private scenic lot just blocks from downtown Warroad, MN, this 100+ year old Victorian home is on the edge of so much: the edge of the Warroad River; the edge of Lake of the Woods; the edge of the country – just 7 1/2 miles from the Canadian Border; and the edge of the 700,000-acre majestic Beltrami Island State Forest. Whether you are in the area to fish, attend a performance at RiverPlace arts, culture and events center, a hockey tournament, visit friends or family, or just to get away from it all, you will feel welcome here.
Food Service: Doc’s has a full kitchen so you can prepare meals on-site or go foraging about town to one of our many restaurants. Whether you want Pho, Chinese, or traditional American fare, you will find it here. Lake of the Woods Coffee is just a block down the street for that morning mocha and a breakfast sandwich. Lake of the Woods Brewery is a short walk, paddle, or skate up the river.
Accommodations: Docs has four bedrooms. Two have queen size beds and two have full size beds. There is an additional single bed as well. Max guests: 8 There is ample parking on site.
