MARVIN WINDOWS AND DOORS CELEBRATES YELLOW ROSE DAYS

Festivities take place Saturday, August 11, kicking off with the 15^th Annual Yellow Rose 5K Walk/Run at 9 a.m. at The Point. Proceeds raised from the race this year will go to the Warroad Area Rescue Unit, where the funds will be put towards the purchase of new ambulance equipment.

Following the race, walk/run participants and visitors are encouraged to stay in town for additional events and activities, including the Warroad Market, where local vendors, food trucks, growers, crafters and unique merchants will be gathered showcasing their goods and services from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at The Point. In addition, the Warroad Outdoor Pool will be free to Marvin employees and their immediate families from noon to 6 p.m. that day.

The Marvin Home Center will be hosting a customer appreciation event, complete with a burger and brat grill out from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and special deals and discounts inside the store. Shoppers can extend their search for discounts throughout the community with other local businesses participating in Crazy Days and offering amazing deals.

After a full day of fun down at The Point and downtown, put a cap on the day by enjoying a family-friendly outdoor movie at the Warroad football field. Cars 3 is the featured showing, and it is completely free to attend. Popcorn and treats will be available for sale. The movie event is hosted by the Warroad Community Partners and sponsored by Lake Country Chevrolet.
