Gourmet Diner & Craft Cocktail Pairing

Lake of the Woods Distilling Company and The Hawk Tavern have come together to bring you a wonderful night of dinner and drinks that feature dishes from the amazingly talented Chef Richard and some specifically selected handcrafted cocktails using our very own Lake of the Woods Distilling Company Spirits.
Chef Richard is fresh off a visit to Hawaii and has created some delicious Hawaiian inspired recipes to give you a unique experience that is sure to awaken your pallet… almost as refreshing as the spring weather we have been having. Each course of this meal is paired with a specific cocktail to accentuate your experience.
Cocktail hour starts at 5:00pm and dinner will be served at 6:00pm.
Lake of the Woods Distilling Company 750ml Spirits will be available for purchase at a discounted price during this event. We cannot wait for you to try the amazing cocktails we have planned for you all!
